Gav has Level 3 Gym Instructing and Personal Training Diploma, and a Level 3 Exercise for Older Adults through YMCAfit, one of the UK’s leading educational providers for fitness professionals. At 52 years of age, it won’t be too long before Gav qualifies to attend the classes that he teaches.
